The Region of Calabria is one of the poorest and most sparsely populated in Italy and so remains one of it's most unspoilt. Hidden in the "Toe of Italy" you can find everything from isolated hill villages and breath taking mountain vistas to Greek ruins and Norman towers, all sandwiched between the beautiful Mediterranean coastlines.
